How do I make a booking?
Choose a room, pick your dates on the availability calendar, enter your details, and pay a small advance online to reserve. You don't need to create an account.
Do I have to pay the full amount online?
No. You pay only a small advance (currently ₹500) online to secure the room. The balance is paid at the property on arrival. The advance is non-refundable, as it holds the room for you.
What payment methods can I use?
The advance can be paid online by UPI or card through Razorpay, our secure payment provider. The balance at the property can be paid by cash or UPI.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Razorpay, a trusted Indian payment gateway. We never see or store your card details.
What are your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you need different timings, contact us and we'll do our best to help.
How many guests can stay in a room?
Each room's capacity is shown on its page. Please book a room that fits your group size so we can prepare it properly.
What do I need to bring for check-in?
A valid government photo ID (such as Aadhaar or passport) for each guest, as required for all stays in India.
How do I cancel or change my booking?
Open your confirmation link and use the cancel option, or look up your booking under "My Bookings" using your email. For changes, or if your booking was made without an account, please contact us directly on +91 98765 43210. Note that the paid advance is non-refundable.
Where are you located?
Hunthar, Aizawl, Mizoram. We're in a quiet residential area, conveniently close to the city and the airport.
